this is a comfortable, clean, new facility with hanging chairs and lots of seating space in the lobby. the breakfast has a lot of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a water refilling station with filtered water, as we drink a lot of water. the rooms have liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for your convenience.

The decor of the hotel was very modern and different but very pleasing. Our room was very comfortable but not sure if I like the no closet concept . The location was easily accessible to restaurants and to New River Gorge National Park.

Nice CLEAN rooms and adequate parking. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. A hotel chain that finally figured out that no one takes a bath and are smart enough to install a walk-in shower that prevents the bathroom floor from getting soaked!

The breakfast was very good. More than I expected. We requested a room not facing interstate. That made it quiet. You could still hear a lot of noise in hotel. Loud door closing and thin walls. It was an okay place for one night. Friendly staff. Clean room.

The breakfast was great! My family enjoyed a hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, and pancakes. Other items were cereal, yogurt, english muffins, toast, milk, and juice. The hotel is conveniently right off interestate 77 near a few eating places and a gas station. It's a very safe area. My family will stay here again when visiting family for holidays

Clean, neat, comfortable. Loved the inventive clothes closet. Extremely nice shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new! So please treat is as you'd treat your new home people, so we can enjoy it for a long time. The staff was very helpful with our requests, the room was very clean (the first hotel that I was able to walk barefoot in the room), the bed comfortable. People complain about road noise, but if you're really tired you'll sleep without any issues. Also some complain about no coffee maker in the room, but they do offer complementary coffee and tea in the lobby which is much better if you ask me. So all in all a great brand new hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Parking was adequate. Having a free pool table was nice. The check in was good. Overall, it was nice. Here are my negatives: Bulb was out at bedside lamp, ran out of Kleenex in the bathroom. The noise from the highway was quite loud as well as the guests upstairs. Really liked the dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom.
